The house

Casa Liam is a nice Spanish holiday home in Villamartin on the Costa Blanca.

The house is suitable for 4 persons and is equipped with all modern comforts such as free wifi, TV, air conditioning. Outside is a BBQ. The house has a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Two gardens, one at the front and one at the back of the house, make sure you can eat outside. You can also use the large communal garden which has two swimming pools.

The house will be completely renovated from February 2022 onwards. The house will have a new kitchen with all appliances, a new bathroom with low step in the shower and a renovated living room. This will make your stay even more comfortable.

The environment

A dip in one of the pools, a trip to Torrevieja, Alicante or Murcia, a mud bath in Lo Pagan or a game of golf, shopping on LaZenia Boulevard (the largest shopping centre on the Costa Blanca) are just a few examples of the activities you can do there.
Bars, restaurants and shops are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The sea is only 5 minutes away.
Alicante airport 40 minutes drive, Murcia airport 30 minutes.
